Building Management Systems (BMS) Project Manager

Responsibilities

As a Building Management Systems (BMS) Project Manager, you join our Greek team in order to oversee projects from design to delivery. Working on a design and build projects for industrial buildings, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Being the principal on-site interlocutor for the client for the BMS field
• Define, plan and manage all activities linked to the BMS
• Participate in the design and development of technical solutions
• Driving financial and planning project aspects
• Manage the construction and automation aspects of the project, overseeing subcontractors
• Monitor project development, deployment, and commissioning
• Supervise pre-acceptance operations and commissioning.
  
  

Profile

You hold an engineering degree specializing in industrial automation, with at least 5 years of experience managing automation projects in industrial buildings. Advanced understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC Controls electronic control systems in the construction industry is essential.

With a strong technical mind-set, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your communication, problem-solving skills and your adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Speaking fluently Greek and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
