Overview

Are you passionate about IT Service Management and eager to grow in a multinational environment? TITAN Cement Group is looking for a Junior ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic Group Digital & IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with ServiceNow, a leading ITSM platform that supports all IT processes across our global business units. In this role, you will support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with IT teams, business users, and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in IT service automation, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Administration & Support

  • Assist in configuring, maintaining, and monitoring the ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.
  • Support core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).


Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

  • Identify and troubleshoot platform issues, providing first-level support.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior admins or developers.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.


Enhancements & Process Automation

  • Assist in customizing workflows, scripts, and UI components.
  • Support the development of automation solutions to improve IT service delivery.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new ServiceNow features.


User Support & Collaboration

  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Document system changes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business users to improve processes.


Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance policies.
  • Participate in platform updates, patches, and upgrade activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow trends and best practices.


Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
  • Up to 5 years of overall experience, preferably in ServiceNow administration or ITSM tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Fluent in English (oral & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Fulfilled Military Obligations (if applicable).


Nice-to-Haves (Preferred but not required):

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Glide API for scripting within ServiceNow.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Experience working in a multinational industrial environment.
