ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

We are seeking to recruit a Channel Marketing Activation executive for Out of Home Channels (OOH). The role works on the implementation of Customer & Channel Marketing Plans, continuously monitors categories' and channels' performance and keeps tracking of DME spending while ensuring close cooperation and alignment with customers and other internal departments to secure effective implementation of activities.


YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designs, implements and monitors Customer & Channel Annual Plans and makes regular follow-ups
  • Implements Category Growth Plans at National & Customer level closely monitors categories & channels performance, and proposes corrective actions
  • Ensures successful and on-time activation of brand platforms
  • Develops, produces, monitors, and evaluates POP materials to address Customer profile and Channel characteristics based on the company's marketing strategy
  • Controls and monitors DME for all activities per plans
  • Maintains effective relationships with external customers to secure the implementation of Channel plans
  • Develops cross-functional relationships and ensures close cooperation with other departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement) to improve business results
  • Designs and executes new innovative activation initiatives in line with the Brands & Channels strategies delivering growth based on the RGM principles


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • BSc holder, MSc in relevant field or MBA would be considered a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Commercial Departments
  • Strong leadership presence, persuasive argumentation, and ability to engage.
  • Ability to read the bigger picture by understanding the story behind the numbers.
  • Strong project management skills with an ownership mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong drive for results through quick and sound decisions.
  • Curiosity to learn more and passion for driving continuous improvement.
  • A positive change agent with excellent situational leadership skills.
