As we expand, we're seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our Engineering & Construction Division and drive excellence in project delivery.

Your Impact:

As Director of Engineering & Construction, you will:

  Lead and inspire a cross-disciplinary team of Engineers and Site Supervisors.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects, from design and planning to execution and delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive innovation and cost optimization, applying best-in-class methodologies and digital tools (ERP/PM software).

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure project delivery on-time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Shape the department's growth, hiring and mentoring future leaders.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the C-Suite on new project evaluations and long-term technical strategy.

  
  

What You Bring:

• 
  

  Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  10+ years of progressively senior experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 5 years in a leadership/department head role.

  
  


• 
  

  A strong record of delivering multi-million-euro technical projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep knowledge of construction codes, project economics, and compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent in English and comfortable reporting to top management.
