Your main responsibility
- Request Job Offer acceptance of candidate from HR Generalist to create the future employee’s folder with all necessary hiring documents.
- Registration of new hires in the HRM system (Pylon), upload Confirmed Registration, Weekly Schedules & Work Accidents.
- Collect signed contracts, GDPR from seasonal employees & training attendance declarations from each student and Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process.
- Manage termination/resignation paperwork and procedures (dismissal certificates, exit lists etc.) and proceeding with submissions of dismissals.
- Close cooperation with the payroll team regarding sickness leaves, annual leaves, and payroll issues.
- Organize exit procedure in terms of the unemployment benefit process and send to OAED so as for every seasonal employee to be able to receive unemployment allowance.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Tourism or Business Administration would be an advantage. Fluency in English is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel. Proficiency in HRM systems, particularly Ergani and Pylon.
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills. Organizational and time management skills. Capable to work productively under pressure and with strict deadlines
- Team working skills. Reliable and capable to handle sensitive information.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Previous experience in similar position would be much appreciated.
