What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support.
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency.
• Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service.
• Manage incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Identify and assess customer needs to deliver top-tier service
• Build strong, trusting relationships through clear and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, complete, and valid information using the right tools and processes
• Meet personal and team targets for customer service performance
• Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
• Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure service quality
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: €1300 Gross each month
• 10% monthly performance bonus

Working Hours & Environment

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week on duty (Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 23:00 / Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 23:00)
• Hybrid working model after completing 16 days of training
