We are currently looking for Indirect Sales Account Manager to join our B2C Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.


By joining this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our partner network, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to excel. You'll contribute to optimizing sales performance, strengthening relationships, and shaping strategies that drive long-term business success. Your efforts will directly impact the expansion of our market presence and the overall achievement of company goals.


Your Role Will Encompass:

  • Managing relationships with partners, recruiting and onboarding new partners, providing training, and evaluating performance.
  • Equipping partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to drive sales.
  • Monitoring partner performance, analyzing sales data, conducting audits, and recommending strategies for improvement.
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts, setting terms, and recommending affiliate agreements for approval.
  • Building and maintaining strong partner relationships through regular communication and addressing concerns.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies and identify new opportunities.


What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1+ year of experience in Indirect Sales and Channel Management
  • Strong Sales Performance and Data Analysis skills
  • Expertise in Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Proven Relationship Building and Management abilities
  • Proficiency in Sales Analytics, Excel, and Forecasting Tools
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment
