What You Will Be Doing

VP Of AI Research Key Responsibilities

Spearhead authoritative technical research and implementation guidance that empowers our portfolio companies to harness AI capabilities effectively, maintaining a competitive edge in AI adoption and driving industry-wide innovation.

Basic Requirements

• Mastery of LLM architectures, capabilities, and limitations
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and model evaluation
• Exceptional coding abilities across multiple languages
• Demonstrated experience in building automated testing and benchmarking frameworks
• Track record of rapid prototyping and testing of emerging technologies
• Compelling technical writing skills and public speaking experience
• Sharp analytical mind capable of identifying patterns and drawing actionable insights
• Confidence in forming and defending bold technical positions

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
