We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent specifically for our 34+ retail stores in the Attica Region. Your primary focus will be ensuring our stores are staffed with skilled and dedicated employees to support our growth and operational success.


Job Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for our retail stores
•Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
•Coordinate, schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
•Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
•Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment
•Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates
•Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract talent

    Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

    Requirements:

    •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
    •MSc in Human Resources will be considered as an asset
    •1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the retail sector
    •Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS and social media platforms
    •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
    •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
