Production Scheduler & Material Planner Supervisor

In Arivia S.A., we are looking for a Production Scheduler & Material Planner Supervisor.

About the Role!

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the organization's strategic plans, including long-term goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • KPI tracking, with daily, weekly, monthly report.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to create annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring that financial resources are allocated appropriately to support strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to align production schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries of raw, pack, oils.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders, summarizing progress and outcomes related to strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production. Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.
  • Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
  • Define short term planning production (2 weeks horizon) implementing the most efficient production, sequence, according to CIP/ format changes constraints.
  • Lead weekly production plan meeting, together with Supply Planning manager and additional factory stakeholders, agreeing in the best plan to deliver all different requests.

Professional Skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience 3-5 years of professional experience in strategic planning, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek, English and with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and develop plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Power Point
  • Advanced knowledge of the most important ERP and planning systems. SAP Knowledge will be a plus.
