- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with B2B clients.
- Serve as the primary contact, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to uncover new opportunities.
- Generate reports and provide strategic insights to enhance client performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management or business development.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management in a B2B environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Experience with Task Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
