The Role in a Nutshell

As a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in CMS, business analysis (BA), customer experience (CX), personalization, campaign systems, and SEO, you will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing strategies. Your role focuses on creating engaging customer journeys, optimizing content for search engines, and ensuring seamless digital experiences across platforms. You act as the bridge between business needs and technical teams, leveraging data and insights to enhance personalization and customer engagement.

Your Day-to-Day

Content & Campaign Management: Oversee digital content strategies, manage CMS platforms (Sitecore or others), and implement personalization tactics.

Customer Experience & Personalization: Optimize user journeys, leveraging data to enhance engagement and conversion.

SEO & Digital Optimization: Ensure best practices in SEO, web content management, and campaign tracking for maximum visibility and performance.

Business Analysis & Data Insights: Interpret analytics, translate business requirements into marketing strategies, and collaborate with tech teams to implement solutions.

Collaboration & Strategy Execution: Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, design, and development teams to execute digital campaigns effectively.

CMS & Web Content Expertise: Strong understanding of web content systems (Sitecore preferred), campaign design, and digital assets.
