About The Job / Key Responsibilities

CENSUS is seeking for a Junior Quality Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and reporting skills and be able to handle a variety of ad hoc projects. They will support Quality Assurance Manager in daily operations and provide useful insights on company standards and procedures followed.

Main Tasks

• Assist in internal and external reporting
• Actively engage along in writing case studies, methodologies, proposals in support of QA Manager
• Assist in the development of quality KPIs in the frame of monitoring quality & risk management Policies and Procedures
• Support the development and implementation of ISO standards (9901, 27001) within the company
• Draft and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Quality Manager, ensuring consistency, accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain and update confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring proper documentation and information management, export results for internal communication.
• Provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation and effective management of the Quality Department.
  
  

Requirements

• BSc in either of the following fields: Computer Science/Information Technology/ IT Security/ Quality Management
• Prior work experience within Technology industry would be considered a plus
• Familiarity with ISO certification for ISO standards
• Proficiency in MS Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems
• Ability to assist in developing policies and processes for Integrated Management Systems
• Experienced and creative Excel user (knowledge of advanced formulas is required)
• Passion for quality, committed to detail and accuracy
• Privacy and strong work ethic
• Proficient verbal & written communication skills, both in Greek and English with a business approach
