Customer & Tender Support Specialist

Smith+Nephew is hiring a Customer & Tender Support Specialist in Greece.

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customer service and tender management, ensuring smooth sales support, order processing, and compliance with public procurement requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics partners to maintain high service standards.

What you will be doing?

• Process customer orders (sales, consignment, and loan) and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter orders in SAP and issue invoices (sales, consignment, credit, debit, and service-related).
• Handle customer queries, delivery issues, and product complaints.
• Support sales teams with documentation, pricing uploads, and stock management.
• Analyze and prepare reports (e.g., BO reports) and manage consignment stock settlements.
• Conduct legal and formal analysis of tender documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate tender submissions and maintain accurate tender records.
• Assist in contract preparation, document translations, and reporting on tender proceedings.
  
  
  

What will you need to be successful?

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales.
• Experience – 4+ years in sales support and tender management.
• Skills – Strong customer service mindset, excellent communication, and ability to learn new products quickly.
• Systems – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Teams) and experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• Languages – Fluent Greek and English proficiency.
