Responsibilities:
- Supports the various operations and processes of the Human Resources Department of Commercial Activities. Indicatively: Talent Acquisition: participation in the recruitment process for staffing the organizational units supported by the Department (preparation of job descriptions, monitoring of job advertisement publications, coordination and/or execution of interviews). Learning & Development: management of data related to the training needs of the organizational units supported by the Department, participation in monitoring and coordinating the implementation of employee learning and development programs. Reporting / Data Analytics: creation of reports using tools, to support decision-making and action plan development
- Provides support to employees, as an additional point of contact, in close cooperation with the respective departments of the Group General Division of Human Resources and Organization, and focuses on immediate service
- Participates in internal communications/actions and contributes to the development of a positive corporate culture
- Monitors the implementation of projects under the Department’s responsibility through statistical data and project management tools
- Prepares presentations and manages large-volume data files
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Business Administration, Economics, Communication or a related subject
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a related subject will be considered an additional qualification
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar position with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition and/or Learning and Development
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or Power BI will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Project Management tools will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors
- Good knowledge of the English language
