As a (Senior) FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to present and analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for growth, and enhance financial processes to support Blueground’s global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support the issuance of periodic management reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insights to support decision-making.
• Support with board presentations, and investor and lender communications
• Own Blueground’s financial model to support strategic planning and corporate finance
• Provide in-depth financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align financial goals with company objectives.
• Drive automation and process improvements in the financial planning function.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance (experience in a high-growth company is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (experience with BI tools is a plus).
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Reliability and can-do personality that is excited about getting things done
