Grain Warehouse Coordinator

Grainstore is a leading company in the field of grain storage and trade. Our mission is to be the largest and most reliable grain storage specialists in East-Southern Europe and the most efficient supplier of quality grain from Greece and abroad.

For our sales team we are looking for a positive, energetic and communicative person who will contribute to the growth of our business in Greece.

Your main responsibilities:

1. To increase the volume of purchases and sales through cooperation with existing and potential customers.
2. To maintain active contacts and communication with our customers and suppliers.
3. To build long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers.
4. To make sure the Alexandroupoli’s grain warehouse operates smoothly and in line with Grainstore's corporate policy.
5. To carry out the Sampling and Analysis of samples.
6. To oversee the loading and unloading of the trucks.
7. To keep a fully record system of the operations and to report daily to the management.
8. Complete appropriate documentation and record keeping for shipping and warehousing.

• You have good communication and negotiation skills and are looking to develop.
• You prefer a job that allows you to develop management and organisational skills.
• You collaborate with people quickly and like to meet lots of people.
• You are customer focused and gain trust quickly.
• You are dynamic and ready to take on challenges and responsibilities.
• You hold a valid driver's license.
• You are fluent in computer operation.
• You hold a higher education degree. (optional/not required.)
• Permanent resident of Alexandroupolis area.
