Key responsibilities:

• Serving a variety of beverages such as coffee, tea, cocktails, mocktails, juices, and smoothies according to established recipes and standards.


• Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Processing customer payments accurately, handling cash transactions, and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.


• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar/coffee station, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.


• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, assisting with tasks as needed, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language.


• Hands on professional with “can do” attitude, team spirit and guest satisfaction orientation.
