Job Overview:

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Athens, supporting customers with their car rental needs. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries related to reservations, cancellations, amendments, and general queries via phone, email, and chat. No video calls are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a car rental representative, assisting customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
• Troubleshoot issues using company resources, support documents, and training materials.
• Provide clear solutions and recommendations for common customer concerns.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Native/Fluent German speaker (C1-C2 level).
• Good level of English (B1+), as training may be conducted in English.
• High school diploma or higher education preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and booking systems.
• Positive and customer-oriented mindset (as customers may reach out due to issues).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Experience in hospitality or car rental services is a plus.
