Beach Manager

Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the beach area, ensuringcleanliness, safety, and organization
• Monitor and manage beach equipment, such as umbrellas,sunbeds, and water sports facilities, ensuring proper maintenance andavailability
• Inspect all aspects of the outlet environment ensuringcompliance with standards of cleanliness and order and direct respectivepersonnel to rectify deficiencies immediately
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests, enhancing theirbeach experience through attentive service
• Deliver excellent levels of customer service; respond to allguest requests / complaints
• Ensure that health and safety standards are metand that all employees work in a safe environment and have knowledge of recenthealth and safety regulations

Qualifications / Personal characteristics:

• Degree / Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or other relatedfield
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Beach Manager preferable within a 5* Luxury Hotel
• Excellent knowledge of English language; a secondlanguage (German or French) will be considered as an asset
• Computer literacy
• Outstanding communication abilities, strongleadership, stress management and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting)
• Pleasant personality, passionate about the joband focused on providing high quality results
