Reservations Executive

Horizone is looking for a Reservations Assistant to join our team based in Thessaloniki! Having a portfolio with over 55 brands, Horizone offers high quality Sales & Reservations Management services to Hotels & Boutique properties across Greece.

Role: Reservations Executive

What will I be doing?

•Responsible to reply email requests and phone calls
•Support Front Office departments or hoteliers
•Data entry in PMS
•Reply to every message or request through different extranets
•Work closely with the Sales Manager and assist in the formulation of accommodation packages
•Perform all administrative duties related to bookings (deposits/modifications etc)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

What are we looking for?

•Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics or related field.
•At least 2 year previous experience in a Reservations Department or Front Office. Multi property reservations management will be considered as a strong asset.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, PMS, Channel Manager & IDS/ OTA’s Extranet systems will be a plus
•Ability and passion for team collaboration and development
•Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high level of accuracy
•Excellent knowledge of English
•Ability to work under pressure
•Friendly, confident and polite
