Job Overview
Our partner is an innovative Digital Marketing Agency and in the context of its continuous development is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join the team.
In this role, you will expand our client portfolio and drive new business opportunities. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Business Development and play a key role in shaping our sales strategies and client relationships.

Now, let us see how your typical workday looks like:
Outreach
- Run market research and find possible leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Generate leads through cold calling/emailing/visiting, networking and social media
- Schedule exploratory calls/meetings
- Keep track of the outreach pipeline, actions, and results through the company’s CRM
- Provide feedback & reports on monthly basis
Inbound
- Contact new inbound leads
- Acknowledge business positioning, assess digital marketing needs & schedule exploratory calls with clients
- Keep notes on important business and marketing information in the company’s CRM
- Present Strategy Plans to potential clients to showcase our services’ value for them
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections to get to the next step
- Prepare & send contracts to new possible clients
- Organize sales actions & work along with the Head of Business Development to define possible priorities
Overall
- Review and update CRM status with significant info and sales actions
- Analyze data to improve sales approach across the sales process
- Work closely with the service departments to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities
- Initiate data and insight gathering activities in internal and cross-departmental communication
- Work closely with the office administrator to ensure a smooth welcome of new leads & transition into exploratory calls/meetings
- Participate in sales team meetings & trainings
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerge market opportunities
The skills and competencies for this role are:
- At least 3 years of experience within a digital marketing agency - in sales, account management or commercial role is a strong plus
- Strategic thinker
- A committed drive for continuous development
- Proven ability to build and manage B2B client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services
- Presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus
