We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our esteemed finance team!

Position: Senior Accountant
Job Type: Full time, permanent contract
Location: Corfu, Greece

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of our resort. Reporting directly to the Financial Director (based in Athens), you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
•Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
•Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
•Ensure tax compliance and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
•Monitor cash flow, forecasts, and financial planning
•Implement and enhance internal financial controls and procedures
•Support payments processing and cost control initiatives
•Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance

What We’re Looking For:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA qualification is a plus)
•Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in the hospitality or luxury sector
•Strong knowledge of Greek accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS
•Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, ERP systems preferred)
•Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
•Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
