Regional Account Executive MM, North Greece

About The Role

Responsibility for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales and visibility targets. Brilliant execution of in-store activation plans, along with win-win customer propositions that place Haleon as a provider of choice are key elements of this role.

Role Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales and visibility objectives and calls per day.
• Manage door to door order taking and/or central warehouses’ replenishment, depending on the customer setup.
• Responsible for POS negotiations that enable Haleon to grow market share through benchmark shopper marketing, visibility, assortment and promo activities.
• Responsible for efficient day to day customer solutions / supply availability monitoring / returns’ minimization.
• Active contribution to business performance reviews through the provision of the necessary insights for our categories and our competitors.
• Oversee/participate in the merchandising activity/strategy

Minimum Required qualification:

• 1-3 years’ experience in Field Sales in FMCG
• Strong commercial acumen
• Passionate about customers/consumers
• Strong negotiation/influencing skills. Ability to build to relationships
• Results driven, resilience, problem solving and decision making
• Fluent English and Greek language skills
• Creating business solutions
