About The Job

We are a diverse and collaborative team of IT professionals who are dedicated to delivering outstanding results. We work in a fast-paced and agile environment, and we value teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ICT Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.

What we will trust you with:

• Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to colleagues, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Infrastructure Management: Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and administration of our IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and security systems
• Project Support: Contribute to IT projects, assisting with tasks such as system upgrades, software deployments, and process improvements
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

What you will need:

• University degree or technical school diploma in IT or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar IT role
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, and security
• Practical experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, Office 365)
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with network administration (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing)
• Experience with hardware management (RAID, servers, firewalls, switches, routers, etc)
• Basic knowledge of Linux and scripting (PowerShell)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
