Job Purpose
The Regional Account Manager for Food Service is responsible for managing and coordinating sales activities within the subordinated region in alignment with the agreed strategy, objectives, plans, and budgets.

Job Purpose
The Regional Account Manager for Food Service is responsible for managing and coordinating sales activities within the subordinated region in alignment with the agreed strategy, objectives, plans, and budgets.

Report to: Regional Account Manager
Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Sales Development: Drive sales growth by managing leads, analyzing sales trends, and identifying new customer needs. Secure orders from end-users and ensure timely processing with distributors.
- Account Management: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to maximize growth opportunities.
- Product Promotion: Showcase McCain products through demos, local food shows, and distributor events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Market Analysis: Gather and report insights on competitors, market activities, and product performance to support strategic decisions.
- Distributor Collaboration: Build strong relationships with distributor sales teams, providing training and support to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- New Product Development: Contribute to new product initiatives by sharing market feedback and collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Experience: 5+ years in sales/account management, preferably in food service, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Personal Qualities: Agile, resilient, innovative, and aligned with McCain’s leadership principles.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish (written & spoken).
- Tech: Proficient in CRM software.
- Flexibility: Able to manage multiple priorities and open to regional travel.
