Main responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service.


• Taking and executing orders in a professional manner and knowledge of menus and their preparation.


• Correct use of PDA.


• Ensuring all safety rules by following company policy, quality standards and SOP's.


• Responding promptly and efficiently to requests or complaints.


• Excellent cooperation with the restaurant/bar team and all hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism School


• At least 2 years of professional experience in 5-star hotels or a la carte restaurants


• Excellent knowledge of the English language (at an oral level). Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset.


• Knowledge of preparing drinks, coffee, etc. will be considered an asset.


• Pleasant, polite and friendly personality oriented towards customer service and satisfaction and effective management of their complaints


• Professional appearance and attitude, with a willingness to develop and grow.


• Attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork and cooperation spirit


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to directly understand the needs and wishes of visitors.


• Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations
