Automation Engineer

Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an Automation Engineer to join our dynamic Maintenance team. The Automation Engineer is behind the automated machines and is responsible for designing, programming, simulating and controlling automated processes intended to complete specific tasks (eg robots used in industry).

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Participation in resolving issues related to meeting the company's needs in automation
• Analyze production processes in different production lines
• Technical support of electrical - mechanical equipment
• Reduction of equipment downtime due to faults
• Preventive maintenance
• Monitoring of stock spare parts

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• 0-2+ years of working experience as in the same role in industrial/ manufacturing environment
• Degree in Engineering
• Experience in automation systems with Siemens PLC, SCADA / HMI, industrial networks is a plus
• Knowledge in Step 7, WinCC, software of Siemens TIA PORTAL, Eplan P8, SCL, Simatic S5 / S7 will be considered additional qualification
• Good knowledge of electrical design
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Fluency in English & Greek
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Desired skills:

• Programming of robotic arms
• Experience in machine safety
