Your main responsibility

• Ensure the success of the event while aligning it with the goals and image of Sani Festival.
• Develop and implement the festival’s strategic plan.
• Set and manage the festival budget.
• Oversee the selection and coordination of artists, performers, vendors, and sponsors.
• Manage artistic production and technical suppliers.
• Lead the artistic direction, development, and talent booking for both the festival and special events at Sani Resort.

Your main qualifications/skills

• Degree in Arts and Cultural Management.
• Proven experience in Festival Management or a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary music and related art forms, with a well-established national and international network.
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
