Your main responsibility
- Liaise with Resort Management teams to efficiently deliver all HR-related processes and report HR data to the Senior HR Manager.
- Collaborate with Talent Management and Hiring Managers to ensure high-quality recruitment, discuss candidates' suitability, send offers, and maintain communication with new hires to confirm their onboarding.
- Follow up on employment offers, provide clarifications, and prepare employee files in coordination with HR Administration Officers.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and job-related concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate the arrival of seasonal employees, including accommodation allocation with the HR Accommodation Manager, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Conduct exit interviews, make regular department visits for feedback, and complete work accident reports when necessary.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with prior experience in HR or Hotel Operations being an advantage.
- Fluency in English, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRM systems like Pylon, and knowledge of Ergani is highly valued.
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with reliability.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large-scale organization is highly appreciated.
