Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer (all genders) to join our R&D team in Ioannina and to actively contribute to the development of new features of our products. The position provides excellent opportunity to create impact, to add value in an agile, modern environment and to have a great career start.

• Modularize parts of our large C++ code base by restructuring and refactoring
• Work collaboratively in an agile development team that drives and fosters the modularization
• Design and develop platform-independent modularization concepts
• Optimize and enhance our software with new efficient algorithms and technologies
• Be responsible for ensuring efficient implementation and for code of the highest quality
• Recommend improvements to architecture and technologies to maintain and further enhance our systems and codebase regarding reliability, efficiency, scalability and testability
• Monitor the latest technical developments in your field
  
  

Requirements

• University or college degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related subject
• Structured and analytical way of thinking/working, being a team player, as well as motivated to learn new things
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of software development
• Excellent knowledge of C++
• Excellent knowledge of Design Patterns, clean code, and architectural knowledge in object-oriented programming
• Interest or knowledge in Web technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript) is a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory
