Senior SAP Consultant (Finance, HR and Business Support)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join our team and provide advanced support and strategy for the Finance, HR, and Business Support systems.

The successful candidate will be involved in optimizing the SAP ECC suite and SAP SuccessFactors platforms, delivering high-value solutions that empower business operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between IT and Accounting/Finance departments, effectively translating business needs into SAP capabilities
• Provide daily functional support and application administration for SAP ECC6 and SuccessFactors platforms
• Design solutions, configure systems, and troubleshoot issues to enhance system performance
• Collaborate with peers to integrate functionalities across different applications and modules
• Proactively identify, propose and implement business process and system enhancements
• Adhere to industry standards, protocols, and methodologies during the implementation or maintenance of SAP systems
• Play an integral role in the regional deployment of financial systems utilizing SAP technologies
• Continuously seek opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP-related operations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience with SAP ECC6
• Proficiency in SAP business process associated with Financials, Controlling, Project System, Financial Supply Chain Management
• Hands-on expertise in ALV reports, SAP Query, Report Painter/Writer, POWL, ABAP Objects, Data Dictionary
• Familiarity with Conversion/Migration tools such as LSMW
• Skills in SAP SRM and Success Factors modules; experience with SAP RE/MM/PM/SEM modules is also beneficial
• Expertise in Agile Methodologies, specifically SAFe, and hands-on experience with agile tools like Atlassian
• Advanced skills in Microsoft solutions including Office, Project, Visio
• Proven ability to deliver effective presentations and lead meetings
• Must be open to traveling up to 10% across Europe for various project needs
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Fluent Greek communication skills
