Responsibilities:

• Keep up to date with the complete range of products and services, offering customers relevant information and advice to assist them in choosing the best options for their financial goals.
• Spot opportunities to promote and upsell products and services.
• Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions are in full compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and solutions that meet their financial goals.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• MSc in related fields will be considered an asset.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in Customer Service or Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and manage pressure effectively.
