A brand-new Adults Only - Boutique Hotel property located in Mykonos Island composed of 9 minimal-chic Suites, promise to its guests personalized genuine Cycladic hospitality.

Mykonos Soul Suites,is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professionalfor the position of

WAITER / BARISTA (Code: SRV- MYK)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years’ minimum experience as a Waiter/Bartender in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant
• Basic principles of SERVICE & BAR operations planning are required
• General knowledge of Wine Basics
• In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service SOPS is a plus
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Problem solving skills
• Offering upscaled customer service
• Great attention to detail
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serving the a la carte breakfast in the suites and collecting it afterwards
• Use of the dish washer to clean the dishes/glasses/cutlery etc.
• Checking and refilling the mini-bar in the suites
• Preparing and offering various welcome drinks to our guests (cocktails, alcoholic or not beverages)
• Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department (more details upon interview)
• Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage Sales
