Supply Chain Processes Specialist is a member of the Logistics New Development Team responsible for the renewal, maintenance, and development of AB Vassilopoulos’ internal Supply Chain processes, contributing to the ongoing modernization of the company’s efficiency and effectiveness.
We are looking for a talented person, with strong analytical skills who want to be part of an amazing team and involved in organizing the “next day” in AB supply chain. A professional that is willing to grow in the fast-moving food retail business sector.
What you will focus on
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of internal Supply Chain processes (Warehouse, Distribution, Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R), and loading assets processes).
- Set priorities to refresh and continuously improve individual processes (e.g., based on audits, effectiveness checks).
- Develop and enhance existing processes; design new processes as needed.
- Maintain and further develop the tools used for storing these processes ( plan, implement, and track new methods and tools to improve the workflow).
- Systematically review and monitor how effectively processes are followed and how they perform.
- Collaborate with various teams and other departments of the Ahold Delhaize group to achieve shared objectives.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management will be considered as a plus.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years in Supply Chain -related roles (e.g., Logistics, Distribution, Operations) or process documentation.
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken.
- ERP / Supply Chain Software Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP, WMS, TMS, or similar systems.
- Advanced MS Office.
- Ability to use additional software or AI tools, related to the subject, will be considered as a plus.
