What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating with Managers and Assistants across departments to ensure clear processes & communication
Tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance
Overseeing cost centers & budgeting to support financial planning
Managing the corporate website & LinkedIn presence
Handling CRM systems and supporting customer relationships
Creating executive-level presentations to support strategic decisions

Your Background

2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Fluent in Greek & English (written and spoken)
Excel & Presentation tools expert – You know your way around spreadsheets and slides
Good with numbers – Strong mathematical & analytical skills
Strong communication skills – Professional and confident in both email & phone interactions
Can-do attitude – You love tackling challenges and finding smart solutions
Super organized – You know how to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively
