Role Description
We are looking for a candidate, who will be able to work in a multinational, fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be task-oriented, highly organized that demonstrates problem solving skills. Team spirit and professional attitude will be also highly appreciated. The role is suitable for professionals, willing to gain experience in Accounting in an International environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable
- Maintain accuracy and organized financial records and documents
- Performing reconciliations of suppliers’ accounts
- Process transactions according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
- Enter and verify the accuracy of financial transactions
- Complying with Month End closing requirements and deadlines
- Ensuring there are no outstanding transactions that are not completed before closing.
- Ensuring monthly checklists are completed without exception
- Assist in Audit & Tax queries
- Responsible for queries from Internal and External Stakeholders
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
- Following adequate rules, policies, procedures and instructions
Qualifications
Educational
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or relevant field
- English proficient
D2. Jobs Specific Skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
- Process oriented.
