The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our people, and they will have a close collaboration with the Managing Director of the company. The company is expanding its activities in Greece offering an optimum career advancement opportunity for the successful candidate who should combine a relevant educational and professional background, with enthusiasm and eagerness.
What you will do...
- Organise tasks, schedule appointments and plan meetings for Managing Director;
- Coordination of Company meetings;
- Responsible for Office organisation;
- Coordination/communications with Suppliers;
- Preparation, communication and update of the Company’s Travel Policy & Travel Expenses procedure;
- Preparation, communication, implementation and update of the Company’s Car Policy;
- Close contact with the Company’s Safety Officer and preparation of the necessary actions and communication to the Management of what is needed in regard to safety;
- Undertake and perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by the MD that facilitates the operations of the company.
What is your experience...
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Attention to detail;
- Mindset of a problem-solver;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EN (and optionally in FR as well);
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like PC peripherals, printers, shredders, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
- Smooth collaboration with all involved parties;
- Customer & Human centric approach.
