As a Learning Administration Associate, you'll be a key contributor to our mission of empowering employees through continuous learning and development. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of impactful training programs and initiatives, creating a positive and engaging learning experience for all.
As our learning systems liaison, you'll be responsible for maintaining data integrity and optimizing workflows within our learning platforms, ensuring that our employees have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.

As a Learning Administration Associate, you'll be a key contributor to our mission of empowering employees through continuous learning and development. As our learning systems liaison, you'll be responsible for maintaining data integrity and optimizing workflows within our learning platforms, ensuring that our employees have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling employee training sessions and workshops.
- Support the preparation of materials for training programs and ensure they are ready for delivery.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of programs.
- Maintain and update training records, ensuring accurate tracking of employee participation.
- Communicate with employees regarding available learning opportunities and support their development needs.
- Provide administrative support for training logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant coordination.
- Strong interest in learning and development and employee growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
