Position Overview:

As the Reservation Manager, you will be at the heart of our guest experience,responsible for overseeing all aspects of room reservations, ensuring highlevels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. You willmanage the reservations team, develop and implement booking strategies, andwork closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Marketing departments to align onbusiness goals and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring all incoming reservations are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Manage reservation channels (phone, email, website, OTAs) and optimize room availability and rates for maximum profitability.
• Implement strategies to increase bookings during low-demand periods and manage overbooking situations effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room inventory, rates, special offers, and packages to ensure accurate communication with guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve booking issues, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze booking trends, guest preferences, and market data to recommend improvements in reservation practices.
• Ensure smooth coordination with Front Office to facilitate seamless check-in/check-out processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Protel, reservation systems and booking engines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, though experience is highly valued.
