Πλήρης απασχόλησηResponsible for assisting clients to organize a full wedding or a particular event, aiming at the creation of an unforgettable and unique experience. Communicate continuously with clients, contact and negotiate with suppliers to assist with setup; arrange the delivery of materials and decorations on time, and collaborate efficiently with her colleagues (hotel staff).
Applicant’s main accountabilities:
- Know the prerequisites of each event and implement new concepts and ideas
- Handle relevant costs with efficiency according to the provided budget
- Search for the appropriate vendors and negotiate with them
- Work closely with the hotels’ line managers to arrange the staffing and the creation of the event
- Cooperate and give directions to the hotels’ staff to meet the needs of each event
- Ensure the highest standards of guest care is maintained
- Provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service at all times
- Ensure the success of an event by providing a detailed and discreet supervision before and during the wedding or the event.
Applicant’s main qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field
- Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably French, German, Russian, Italian or Hebrew) would be considered as extra asset
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of hotel management software (Protel) is an advantage
