We are looking for a highly-motivated “Recruiter” Communication and negotiation skills are your strong assets. If so, we’d love to chat!
You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, undertaking end -to -end recruitment projects for various clients. Our mission is clear: to match the perfect candidate with the right job!
A day at work:
You will:
Participate in all recruiting activities to include: job description creation, sourcing, advertising positions, screening, phone interviewing, interviews and hires in order to fulfill the timely placement of our projects.
Develop and manage a network of active and passive candidates and grow it.
Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients as well as with candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or/ and Master’s degree of HR or other.
Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience related with screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for various roles in different industries.
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Fluency in English.
Personal characteristics:
Excellent communication skills.
Organizational, planning and time management skills.
Very good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both logically and creatively.
Self-motivation with the desire to deliver high quality results within the agreed timelines.
You have:
Full Time Job (Monday to Friday).
