About Us:
Dana Villas & Infinity Suites is a dynamic growing company dedicated to hospitality. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and assist in executing digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search, display, and more).
•Coordinate content creation and ensure timely publishing across various digital platforms.
•Manage and maintain the company websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, functional, and optimized for user experience.
•Design and create engaging visual content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
•Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support strategy development.
•Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
•Assist in tracking and analyzing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
•Support email marketing campaigns, from segmentation and design to performance tracking.
•Assist with social media management, content creation, and community engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
•Help prepare reports and presentations to summarize campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
•Travel to our accommodations in Santorini for on-site content creation, photo shoots, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
•Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
•Experience using marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp.
•Experience with website management and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
•Creative mindset to produce visual content.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
