We are looking for an Equipment Qualification Officer for our Greek Production site, where we supply the global market with solid pharmaceuticals.

As the Equipment Qualification Officer, you will be responsible for qualifying equipment, facilities, utilities, at the manufacturing site. You will also support our Local Management System Owner (LMSO) for the validation/qualification Quality System. Together with the team, you will interact with several internal departments (Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging, IT and SCM) on site as well as external stakeholders (global Functions like Quality, IT OPS).

This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the local Equipment Qualification Coordinator.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as Equipment Qualification Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Koropi site
• Support the validation manager as SME in the preparation of validation documents and execution of validation/ qualification activities
• Issue and follow up of discrepancies of qualification activities
• Support the validation manager in preparation of validation documents and execution of validation/ qualification activities
• Follow-up of the Annual Site Validation Master Plan (VMP)
• Execute periodic reviews for computerized systems of the Koropi site.

What You Should Bring To The Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Pharmaceutics or other Natural sciences
• At least 2 years of working experience in Engineering, IT, Production or Quality/ Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) area within pharmaceutical industry
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) understanding
• Fluent (native) in both Greek and English
• Crisis management competence in an international environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with interfaces and production personnel with broad variety of professional background
