Role Description

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

• Manage the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant


• Handle day to day management activities


• Supervise opening and closing duties


• Resolving guest complains and ensuring guests satisfaction


• Lead and coach the team towards achieving the highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies

Qualifications

• Proven 3 Years work experience as Floor Manager/Supervisor in a high-end restaurant or hotel


• Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage


• Understanding of restaurant etiquette


• Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area


• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills


• Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team


• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism is an asset
