Role Description

The Beach Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the beach area, sourcing and training the beach bar staff to fit with Nammos standards, managing the beach area and supervising food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of Nammos World, demonstrating a perfect knowledge of all food and beverages served, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guests satisfaction, creating employee schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Beach manager in an upscale, high-end beach club or hotel
• Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire beach area
• Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team
• Training and development skills for staff
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
