Join our international team as a Bar Manager.
Role Description
The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the bar, sourcing and training the bar staff to fit with Nammos standards, selecting and purchasing supplies, maintaining bar inventory and supplies, participating in the creation of cocktail menus, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guests satisfaction, creating employee schedules.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Qualifications- Proven five years of management experience in upscale, high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team
- Training and development skills for staff
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and industry trends
