About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hotel Cluster Revenue and E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for optimizing revenue and driving online sales across our cluster of hotels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading hospitality company. The position reports to the Managing Director and is based in the corporate offices in Athens.
Key Responsibilities
· Revenue Management: Implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR) across the cluster.
· E-Commerce: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce plans to drive online bookings and increase market share.
· Channel Management: Optimize distribution channels, negotiate rates with OTAs, and manage online reputation.
· Analytics: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Collaborating with Hotel Managers, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure hotel's revenue management strategy is aligned with the overall business goals
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
· Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management and e-commerce within the hospitality industry.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in revenue management software and e-commerce platforms, PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, RMS, Extranets
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
· Digital marketing: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
· Analytics: Expertise in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
· Website management: Knowledge of website design, development, and content management systems.
· Experience managing online reviews and reputation.
