We are currently looking for Digital Sales Analyst to join our Customer Value Management Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.
By Joining This Role, You'll Play a Crucial Role in driving the organization’s online sales growth by leveraging digital platforms, online marketing techniques, and data analytics to attract and convert leads. You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital sales initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact key performance indicators such as digital sales lead volumes, NPS, churn rates, and cost-to-acquire, ultimately contributing to the organization's success.

Υour Role Will Encompass
- Designing and supporting digital sales lead mechanisms.
- Leading the end-to-end process for digital sales leads.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams for lead generation strategies.
- Analyzing and optimizing digital marketing performance.
- Ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
- Managing CRM systems for customer engagement and retention.
- Reporting sales data and providing actionable insights.
- Driving sales growth through data-driven marketing techniques.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or a similar role.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with analytical tools like SPSS, SAS, or SQL.
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A results-driven mindset and understanding of data-driven sales growth.
