Junior Art

At our company, Junior art typically creates visual concepts, using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate people… or our clients & our clients’ target groups. They develop the overall layout and production design for applications such as constructions, advertisements, brochures, social media, packaging etc.

For us they are something more… they are the rhinos that bring into life and visualise all of our crazy ideas.

 Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage & contribute to a variety of projects
• Create high-quality print, as well digital design and designing constructions and other BTL Advertising elements
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
• Work with other departments of the agency to brainstorm and design proposals based on the clients’ requests
• Be a key member of the brainstorming process and help the team with the client’s needs and brand image
• Work with Account Managers to ensure each project, in accordance with briefing, are clearly outlined and estimated
• Comply with all the necessary CI requirements, but also add creative details of your own
• Encourage teamwork and good communication, both with the creative department and the rest of our rhinos
• Support the team by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate

 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of service as an Junior Art with proven graphic design & art experience
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
• Experience or familiarity with digital projects
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Passionate, ready to work, to have fun and be a part of our family
• Enthusiasm, team spirit and goal orientation
• A keen eye for aesthetics & details
• University degree or a corresponding foreign title in Design, Fine Arts or related field is considered a plus
• Knowledge of designing 3D elements [even with vector-based graphics software] is considered a plus
• Knowledge of GIF or Video creation is also considered a plus
